What is the return and refund policy?

All sales are final. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours.

How long do candles burn?

Burn time varies by size. Always trim wick to ¼ inch before lighting.

How do I use wax melts?

Place melt in a wax warmer. Do not add water.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

How long does shipping take?

Orders process within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.
